Ingredients:
- Brinjal 4
- Fresh Milk 1 cup
- Yogurt 3 cups
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Red Chilies 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- INGREDIENTS FOT BHAGAR:
- Oil 1 cup
- Whole Red Chilies 6
- Curry leaves few
- Dry Fenugreek Leaves 4-5
- Cumin 1 tsp
Method:
- Beat 2 cups yogurt, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp sugar and 1 cup fresh milk and mix it properly.
- Now put 4 brinjals in a pan and deep fry them in heated oil and make them golden brown and then spread them.
- Now take a pan and heat ½ cup oil and add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Add 1 tbsp red chilies and salt to taste and cook it and add the fried bringals in it.
- In a dish add yogurt and then a layer of masala mixed brinjals and then again a layer of yogurt.
- In the end, heat 1 cup oil and add 1 tsp cumin
- Add 6 whole red chilies, few curry leaves and 4-5 dry fenugreek leaves and fry them and prepare the bhagar and put it on the raita.
