Besan ka Halwa

Ingredients:

  • Khoya ½ kg
  • Gram Flour 250 gms
  • Ghee 250 gms
  • Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
  • Sugar 375 gms
  • Yellow Food Color ½ tsp
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Almonds, Pistachios as required

Method:

  1. In a pan, heat ghee add gram flour and fry.
  2. When aroma comes add khoya and fry until golden brown
  3. Add sugar, cardamom powder, yellow food color, milk and cook on low flame.
  4. When milk dries, removes from the stove.
  5. Sprinkle almonds, pistachios and serve.
