Ingredients:
- Gram Flour 2 cup
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Onion (finely chopped) 4 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander Seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
- Green Chilies (chopped) 2
- Coriander Leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put all the ingredients together in a bowl
- Now knead with lukewarm water into fairly swift dough.
- Make small balls.Roll and cook on tawa on both sides by adding a tsp of ghee or butter.
