Besani Roti

Ingredients:

  • Gram Flour 2 cup
  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion (finely chopped) 4 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander Seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Green Chilies (chopped) 2
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Now knead with lukewarm water into fairly swift dough.
  3. Make small balls.Roll and cook on tawa on both sides by adding a tsp of ghee or butter.
