Ingredients:
- For Dough:
- All Purpose Flour 500 grams
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Semolina ½ cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- For Filling:
- Chicken (Finely Mince) 200 gram
- Onion 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Crushed ½ tsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tsp
- Fresh Coriander ½ Bunch
- Green Chilies 4-5
- Clarified Butter 6 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a mixing bowl add ½ kg of all purpose flour add 1 sp of baking powder
- Add 1/2 cup of semolina, 1 tsp of sugar and a pinch of salt mix it well and make a soft dough.
- Then heat a some oil or clarified butter in a cooking pan add 1 chopped onion, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste fry
- Add 200 grams of chicken mince when the chicken colour is changed
- Add tsp of red chili powder , ½ tsp of crushed black pepper,1 tsp of lemon juice
- Add ½ bunch of fresh coriander 4-5 green chilies and a pinch of salt.
- Take a dough and make a small balls roll the each balls spread the chicken minces and close with the help of hand.
- Heat the oil in a deep wok deep fry the bhatura’s and serve it hot.
