BHEL POORI

Ingredients:

  • Bhel Poori (small pieces) 1 dozen
  • Boiled Potatoes (small cubes) 4
  • Channa Papri 1 packet
  • Onions (chopped) 2
  • Salt as required
  • Lemons 2
  • Finely Chopped Tomatoes 4
  • Finely Chopped Mint Leaves ½ bunch
  • FOR GREEN CHILI CHATNI:
  • Green Chilies 8
  • Mint Leaves ½ bunch
  • Green Coriander 1 bunch
  • Garlic Cloves 6
  • White Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt as required

 

 

Method:

  1. First spread 1 dozen bhel poori in a deep pan.
  2. Then add 1 packet channa papri, 4 finely chopped tomatoes
  3. Add 2 chopped onions, salt as required, 2 lemons for lemon juice
  4. Add ½ bunch finely chopped mint leaves and mix it properly
  5. Then add 4 boiled potatoes in cubes.
  6. For green chili chatni, add 8 green chilies, ½ bunch mint leaves,
  7. Add 1 bunch green coriander, 6 garlic cloves and 1 tsp white cumin and blend it.
  8. Then add salt as required.
  9. For serving put bhel poori in a bowl.
  10. With that put tamarind date chatni in a bowl.
  11. Also put green chilies and bhel poori on the top.
  12. Put the remaining in other bowl.
