Bhindi Achari

Ingredients:

  • Lady finger  ½ kg remove top and tail
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Khatai powder 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1tsp roasted and grinded
  • Fennel seeds 1 ½ tsp roasted and grinded
  • Button red chilies 10 roasted and grinded
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp roasted and grinded
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry onion, add cumin seeds with garlic paste, turmeric and fry
  2. Add roasted and grinded masalas with bhindi, khatai powder
  3. Cook for 15 mins on dum, remove.
