Ingredients:
- Lady finger ½ kg remove top and tail
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Onion 1 chopped
- Khatai powder 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1tsp roasted and grinded
- Fennel seeds 1 ½ tsp roasted and grinded
- Button red chilies 10 roasted and grinded
- Onion seeds 1 tsp roasted and grinded
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, fry onion, add cumin seeds with garlic paste, turmeric and fry
- Add roasted and grinded masalas with bhindi, khatai powder
- Cook for 15 mins on dum, remove.
