Bhindi Kalonji Recipe

Bhindi cut into thin length wise slices 250 gm
Onion sliced 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Onion seeds ½ tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
White cumin seeds 1 tsp
Tomato 2 slices
Oil ½ cup

 

Heat oil fry lady finger for 5 minute and remove, add sliced onion to the same oil, fry till light golden add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, salt, onion seeds and tomatoes, fry well add fried bhindi to this cover and leave it on dum for 10 minutes.
