BHUNA GOSHT
Ingredients:
Mutton 1 kg
Button Red Chilies 6
Whole Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Black Peppercorns 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic 2 tbsp
Tomatoes 375 gms
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Onions 250 gms
Oil 1 cup
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Green Chilies 4
Finely chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
Method:
• In a bowl, add Button red chilies, whole cumin seeds, Black peppercorns, ginger garlic, salt and make paste.
• In a pan, heat oil add onions until brown.
• Add mutton,masala powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry well.
• Then add tomatoes, water cook on low flame.
• When mutton are tenders, dries water add green chilies,coriander leaves, finely chopped ginger, masala powder and removes from the stove.
• Bhuna gosht is ready.
