Ingredients:
- Chicken wings 6
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Papaya paste 1 tsp
- Mustard oil 1 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Garlic paste 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate 6 chicken wings with 4 tbsp yogurt, 1 tsp raw papaya paste, 1 tbsp mustard oil
- Add 1 tsp desiccated coconut, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp all spice powder
- Add ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic paste and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Now bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 30 minute
