Bihari Kabab By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Meat (Boneless Cubes) 1 kg
  • Fried Onion 3 tbsp
  • Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
  • Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt whipped ½ cup
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Shan Bihari Kabab Mix 1 packet

 

Method:

  1. Mix Shan Bihari Kabab Mix fried onions, ginger, garlic, yogurt and oil apply on meat.
  2. Set aside for 3-4 hours overnight.
  3. Thread meat on skewers and grill on very low heat until the kababs are well done and brown on all sides.
  4. Turn the skewers periodically to grill evenly.
  5. If kababs fall, wrap a thread around them.
