Blackened Chicken Steak in Hot Spices
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken steaks, large size 2
Butter for frying 4tbsp
Garlic powder 1tsp
Onion finely chopped 1
Black pepper 1tsp
Sweet paprika as desired
Salt 1/2tsp
White pepper 1/2tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Fried thyme 1/2tsp
Method:
1) Mix all the spices in half cup boiled water
2) Apply the paste on the chicken
3) Cover each piece completely and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes
4) Melt 2 tablespoon butter in a flat pan
5) Put both chicken steaks immediately in the pan when butter melts
6) Fry one side until slightly blackened then turn over and put rest of the butter
7) Once fried, serve immediately with mashed potatoes and pees sauce (Optional)
