Ingredients:
- Butter 6 oz
- Sugar 6 oz
- Eggs 3
- self raising flour 6 oz
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Blue berry essence half tsp
Ingredients for icing:
- Whipped cream 1 ½ cup
- Blueberry sauce or syrup 2 – 3 tbsp
Method:
- Beat butter and sugar till light and creamy.
- Start adding in 1 egg at a time alternating with flour.
- Fold in essence and milk spread in paper cases, kept in muffin tray.
- Bake for 15 mins on 180 Degrees, remove cool decorate with whipped cream, blue berry sauce or syrup.
