BOMBAY CHICKEN
Ingredients:
Chicken 1kg
Coconut Milk 1 cup
Tomatoes Paste 2 cup
Mustard Seeds 1tsp
Dry Red Chilies (small) 6
Turmeric Powder 1tsp
Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
Onions 2
Cinnamon 1 piece
Cloves 2
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
CorianderPowder 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Finely Chopped Ginger 1tbsp
Method:
• In a pan, heat oil add cinnamon, dry red chilies, cloves and mustard seeds.
• Now add onions and fry light pink.
• After this, add chicken, ginger garlic and fry well.
• Then add tomatoes paste, turmeric powder,red chili powder, coriander powder and cover it.
• When chicken are tenders, add coconut milk, finely chopped ginger and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
• Bombay Chicken is ready.
