Bombay Style Potato

Bombay Style Potato
Ingredients:
Potato 1 kg
Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
Onion 2
Green Coriander ½ bunch
Green Chili 4
Fried Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tsp
Dried Mango Powder 2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds Powder 2 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Method:
• Take a cutting board and cut 1 kg potatoes into pieces.
• In a frying pan heat ½ cup oil and fry well.
• Now in another dish add ½ cup yogurt, 2 tsp fried cumin seeds, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, 1-1/2 tsp red chili powder, 2 tbsp dried mango powder, 2 tbsp fennel seeds powder. Mix well.
• After this in remaining oil, add 2 onions and cook until light brown.
• Also add masala of potato and yogurt. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
• In the end add 4 green chilies, ½ bunch green coriander. Turn off the flame.
• Bombay style potato is ready to serve.
