Ingredients:
- Meat 1 kg
- Stock 1 liter
- Chopped onion 2
- Kunna masala 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Black cumin ½ tsp
- Roasted flour 2 to 3 tbsp
- Clarified butter 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Sliced ginger for garnish
Method:
- In a clay pot heat 1 cup clarified butter and fry 2 onions till it turns light brown.
- Then add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste with 1 kg meat to cook.
- Then add 2 tbsp kunna masala, 2 tbsp red chili powder and 1 tsp turmeric powder to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Then add 1 liter stock and cook on low flame.
- When meat tender, add as required salt.
- Now mix roasted flour in water and pour in gravy to turn thick and dish it out.
- Top with black cumin and sliced ginger to serve.
