Ingredients:
- Boondiyan 100 grams
- Yogurt 250 grams
- Crushed and Roasted Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Crushed Red Chili ½ tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Crushed Fennel Seeds ½ tsp
- Coriander ½ bunch
- Mint Leaves ½ bunch
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take 100 grams of bhoondiyan soak it on water
- when its raised take it out from the water, take a blender jug add 250 grams of yogurt
- Add 1 tsp of crushed and roasted cumin seeds, ½ tsp of crushed red chili
- Add ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, ½ tsp of crushed fennel seeds, ½ bunch of coriander, ½ bunch of mint leaves
- Add to taste salt blend it take it out all the mixture in a serving bowl add bhoondiyan and serve it.
