Boti Kabab Ramadan Recipe by Chef Rida Aftab 28 May 2018

Ingredients:

  • Beef                                      ½ kg
  • Salt                                         1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin                  2 tsp
  • Clove powder                    ¼ tsp
  • Red chili powder              2 tsp
  • Chinese salt                        ½ tsp
  • Onion paste                       ½ cup
  • Yogurt                                   1 cup
  • Papaya paste                     1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste           1 tbsp
  • Vinegar                                                ½ cup
  • Oil                                           ½ cup
  • All spice powder               1 tsp

Method:

  1. Cut cubes of beef.
  2. Now marinate it with yogurt, papaya paste, roasted cumin, salt, clove powder.
  3. Add red chili powder, Chinese salt, oil, onion paste.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, vinegar and all spice powder and leave overnight.
  5. Then bake in oven.
