Ingredients:
- Beef undercut ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Coriander chopped ¼ bunch
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ground coriander 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Papaya paste 3 tbsp
- Skewer sticks as required
- Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
- Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
Method:
- Firstly cut undercut into small pieces.
- Then separate yogurt excess liquid and add in ginger garlic paste, turmeric
- Add salt, ground coriander, red chilli flakes, all spice powder, tamarind paste and juice of a lemon in it and mix well.
- Keep it aside once done.
- Marinate beef cubes with salt and papaya paste for a while.
- After 8-10 minutes, add beef cubes in yogurt mixture and let it marinate for a little longer.
- Also add chopped coriander in it.
- Mix it all properly and insert 4 to 5 cubes in each skewer.
- Heat up a grill pan with a little amount of oil and grill the beef cubes until golden brown from all sides.
- Dish out and serve with sauce of your own choice.
