Brain Masala Recipe By Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Brain 1
  • Lemon Juice 2
  • Chopped onion 3
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

 

To Boil Brain:

  • Black peppercorn 4
  • Garlic cloves 4

 

Method:

  1. In a pan, add I brain, black peppercorn, chopped garlic and 4 garlic and boil it.
  2. Clean it and make small pieces.
  3. Add in 1 cup oil in a pan, add in 3 chopped onion.
  4. Fry it till golden brown and take half onion out.
  5. In that half onion, add in 1 tbsp red chili, 2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp all spice powder and 1 tsp turmeric.
  6. Cook it and add in brain pieces.
  7. When the oil comes up add in lemon juice, salt, chopped ginger, green coriander and 2 chopped green chilies.
  8. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  9. In the end, garnish it with chopped ginger, ½ bunch chopped green coriander, chopped green chilies and fried onion.
  10. Ready To Serve Brain Masala.
