Ingredients:
- For filling:
- Potatoes (Boiled & mashed) 2
- Green chilies, coriander (Finely cut) as required
- Salt, red chili powder as required
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Mango powder 1 tsp
- Bread slices 5-6
- For gram flour:
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- All spice powder ¼ tsp
- Asafoetida 1 pinch
- Baking soda 1 pinch
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Mash potatoes then add green coriander, green chilies
- Add salt, red chili powder, all spice powder and mango powder and mix well.
- Now put this mixture on bread slice.
- Dissolve gram flour with salt, red chili powder
- Add all spice powder, asafoetida and baking soda.
- Now cut slices then dip them in gram flour and fry in oil.
