Bread Pakora

Ingredients:

  • For filling:
  • Potatoes (Boiled & mashed)                       2
  • Green chilies, coriander (Finely cut)        as required
  • Salt, red chili powder                                      as required
  • All spice powder                                               ½ tsp
  • Mango powder                                                 1 tsp
  • Bread slices                                                        5-6
  • For gram flour:
  • Gram flour                                                          1 cup
  • Red chili powder                                              1 tsp
  • Salt                                                                         ½ tsp
  • All spice  powder                                              ¼ tsp
  • Asafoetida                                                          1 pinch
  • Baking soda                                                        1 pinch
  • Oil                                                                           for frying

Method:

  1. Mash potatoes then add green coriander, green chilies
  2. Add salt, red chili powder, all spice powder and mango powder and mix well.
  3. Now put this mixture on bread slice.
  4. Dissolve gram flour with salt, red chili powder
  5. Add all spice powder, asafoetida and baking soda.
  6. Now cut slices then dip them in gram flour and fry in oil.
