Ingredients:
Samosay Ki Patiya as required
Bread Slices 6
Cheddar Cheese 1 packet
Chicken (mince) 1 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Tomatoes 2
Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
Finely Chopped Green Chilies 250 gms
Tamarind Pulp 4 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Oil as required
Method:
• In a bowl, add mince, water, black pepper and salt, when dries water and removes from the stove.
• When chicken are tenders, add finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped green chilies, garlic and chopped red chilies.
• In separate pan, add tamarind pulp, tomato ketchup and mix.
• Then in a bread slices spread tomato ketchup mixture.
• Sprinkles chicken put bread slices and cut in squares shapes.
• After this, as required samosay ki patiya coat in squares.
• In the end, heat oil add squares and fry.
