Burmese Masala Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Tikka Pieces 4
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander Leaves 1bunch
  • Chicken Tikka Masala 2 tsp
  • Chargha Masala 2 tsp
  • Tomato Paste 2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Egg (boiled) 2-3
  • French Fries as required
  • Dry Fruit for garnishing

 

Method:

  1. Marinate tikka pieces with, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, lemon juice and yogurt.
  2. In a pan, heat oil add tikka pieces and fry.
  3. Now take it out.
  4. In a blender, blended tomato paste, coriander leaves, yogurt, chargha masala, tikka masala, and green chilies.
  5. Heat oil add paste and fry.
  6. Now add fried tikkay and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Take it out, in a dish.
  8. Garnish with dry fruit.
  9. Now serve with boiled eggs and fries.
  10. Burmese Masala Chicken is ready.
