Ingredients:

 

  • Jiggery crushed   4tbsp
  • Butter                  3tbsp
  • Wheat flour        1-1/2 cup

 

Method:

  1. Add water in wheat flour kneed well , now make 2 small balls.
  2. Now flatten and make 2 layers.
  3. Now add jiggery  in  the center of one layer and cover with another layer.
  4. Now press softly close the edges , fry well and dish out.
  5. Now cut from the side and add butter.
  6. Lastly garnish with butter and serve .
