Ingredients:
- Jiggery crushed 4tbsp
- Butter 3tbsp
- Wheat flour 1-1/2 cup
Method:
- Add water in wheat flour kneed well , now make 2 small balls.
- Now flatten and make 2 layers.
- Now add jiggery in the center of one layer and cover with another layer.
- Now press softly close the edges , fry well and dish out.
- Now cut from the side and add butter.
- Lastly garnish with butter and serve .
