Butter Chicken Roll

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Pieces              ½ kg
  • Fresh Cream                  ½ packet
  • Red chili flakes              1 tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper  1 tsp
  • Raw Papaya Paste        1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste      1 tbsp
  • Butter                            1 tbsp
  • Oil                                  2 tbsp
  • Salt                                to taste
  • Parathay                        6-8
  • For Salad:
  • Onions                           2
  • Lemons                         2
  • Chopped Green chilies4
  • Chopped Mint leaves  ½ bunch
  • Salt                                to taste

Method:

  1. For salad: Take onions in the bowl, add in lemon juice, salt, mint leaves and 4 chopped green chilies.
  2. Salad is ready.
  3. Wash chicken pieces and add in  tsp papaya paste, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt.
  4. Add the chicken in the pan, and cook till the water dries.
  5. Then add in ½ packet fresh cream, 1 tsp red chili flakes.
  6. Add  1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp oil. Cook it.
  7. Fill the chicken n the parathas and add onion salad on it. Roll them  and serve.
