Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Method:
- Mix flour, yeast, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, sugar, add in yogurt, oil, mix well.
- Knead with lukewarm water into a soft dough and leave the dough for 1 hour.
- In another bowl, mix butter and coriander leaves.
- Make balls, roll it, punch the nan well, put to cook on hot tawa, cook on both sides.
- Spread the hot nan with butter, and serve with koyla karahi.
