Capsicum Chicken
Ingredients :
Chicken (boneless cubed) ½ kg
Red Chili Sauce 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 2 tsp
Onions (sliced) 3
3 Green Capsicum (sliced) 3
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions and capsicums for few minutes. Add chicken and cook until light brown. Mix in red chili powder, soya sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, and salt. Pour enough water to half cover the chicken and let cook. Uncover and cook until the gravy absorbs in completely Serve hot.
