Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken (cubed) 300 grams
- Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Sriracha Sauce 1 tbsp
- Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Chicken Powder ½ tsp
- Tomatoes Puree 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Mushroom (sliced) 4
- Capsicum (sliced) 1
- Red Bell Pepper (sliced) 1
- Carrot (sliced) 1
Method:
- Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 30 min.
- Heat oil, fry marinated chicken for 10 min.
- Add in all the vegetables with half cup water, cover and simmer for 15 min.
