Ingredients:
- Mince 200 gm
- Boiled chick peas 300 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Onion 2
- Raw mango 2 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 ½ tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
- Tamarind paste ½ cup
- Green coriander ½ bunch
- Green chilies 5-6
- Oil ½ cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take ½ cup oil in the pan and fry 2 chopped onions.
- Add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 200 gm mince, salt, 1 ½ tbsp red chili flakes
- Add 1 tsp turmeric powder. Mix everything together and cook it.
- Boil 300 gm black chick peas and then add in 1 tsp fenugreek leaves
- Add 2 tbsp raw mango , ½ cup tamarind paste, ½ bunch green coriander and 5-6 green chilies.
- Add this mixture in the cooked mince and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
- Mix some tomato cubes in it and dish it out to serve.
