Chana Palak

Ingredients:

  • Spinach                                2bunches
  • Chickpea lentil                            2cups
  • Yogurt                                   2cups
  • Onions sliced                      2large
  • Garlic                                     1tbsp
  • Ginger                                   1tbsp
  • Fenugreek leaves              2tbsp
  • Red chili powder               1tbsp
  • Turmeric                              1tsp
  • Cumin                                   2tbsp
  • Coriander                            2tbsp
  • Oil                                          1cup
  • Salt                                         1tsp

Method:

  1. In a pot add spinach and cook it for 5mins covered and grind.
  2. Now in a separate pot add onions to fry and after that fry ginger and garlic.
  3. After that add chickpea lentil, spinach, red chili powder
  4. Add yogurt, coriander and cumin to cook for 5mins.
  5. Now add fenugreek leaves to cook for 10mins and serve.
