Ingredients:
- Spinach (chopped) 2 cups
- Green Chilies 4-5
- Onions (chopped) 1 cup
- Oil ¼ cup
- Whole Spice (mixed) 1 tbsp
- Fresh Coconut (grated) 2-4 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp heaped
- Chickpeas (boiled) ½ cup
- Rice (soaked) ½ kg
- Salt to taste
- All spice 1 tsp
- Water 2 ½ cup
Method:
- Grind spinach and green chilies in a chopper.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry onions till they turn brown, add mixed whole spice with ginger garlic paste.
- Now add spinach paste and cook well.
- Add fresh coconut, salt, boiled chickpea, boiled rice with water and cook till rice are done soaked rice then add water Now cook till rice are done
