Ingredients:
- Boiled Bengal Gram 300 grams
- Spinach ½ kg
- Tomatoes 4
- Green Chilies 6-8
- Crushed Red Chilies 1 tbsp
- All Spice Powder 1 tsp
- Crushed Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
- Crushed Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Fenugreek Leaves 1-2 tbsp
- Cream ½ cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a ½ kg of spinach steamed or boil it the chop it and let dry it and set aside.
- Now boiled the 300 grams of Bengal gram and serve it.
- Now take a cooking pan, heat the oil add 4 tomato cubes and add ginger garlic (slices) mix it and roasted until the tomatoes are soften.
- Now add 300 grams of boiled Bengal gram and ½ kg of boiled spinach and cook on a high flame then add 1 tbsp of crushed red chilies, 1 tsp of crushed coriander seeds, 1 tsp of crushed cumin seeds, 1 tsp of all spice powder, and 6-8 green chilies cook until the mixture leaves the oil.
- At last take it out garnish with 1-2 tbsp of fenugreek leaves and 1 cup of cream and serve it.
