Ingredients:
- Mutton ½ kg
- Yellow Lentil (soaked) 250 grams
- Tomatoes (sliced) 3
- Green Chilies (chopped) 4
- Mint leaves ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Brown Onions ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp heaped
- Chili Powder 2 tsp heaped
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- All Spice ½ tsp
- Green Chilies (chopped) 4
Method:
- Heat oil, add brown onion with mutton.
- Tomatoes, ginger garlic, and dry spices fry well.
- Add 1 cup water cover and cook for 15 – 20 min, then add in the soak daal,
- Cover and cook till daal and mutton tender, add allspice, green chilies, mint leaves and serve.
