Ingredients:
- Mutton Chops ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Coriander (crushed) 2 tbsp
- All Spices (crushed) 1 tsp
- Qorma Masala 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Onions (finely chopped) 3
- Oil 1 cup
- INGREDIENTS FOR SIMMER:
- Cardamoms 5
- Poppy Seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Finely Chopped Almonds 8
Method:
- Mix and chop 5 small cardamoms, 1 tsp poppy seeds.
- Add 1 tsp white cumin and 8 finely chopped almonds.
- Now heat 1 cup oil and add 3 finely chopped onions and golden brown them and spread them on the issue so that it becomes crisp.
- After taking out the onions, add ½ kg mutton chops, 1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt as required and dry out the water.
- Cook it for a while and add 1 tbsp crushed red chilies.
- Add 2 tbsp crushed coriander, 1 tsp crushed all spices and crushed onions.
- Now cook it and add 2 cup hot water.
- When oil starts coming up, add crushed masala and put it on simmer for 10 minutes.
- Delicious chops qorma is ready.
