Chanp Qorma by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Mutton Chops ½ kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Coriander (crushed) 2 tbsp
  • All Spices (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Qorma Masala 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onions (finely chopped) 3
  • Oil 1 cup
  • INGREDIENTS FOR SIMMER:
  • Cardamoms 5
  • Poppy Seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Almonds 8

Method:

  1. Mix and chop 5 small cardamoms, 1 tsp poppy seeds.
  2. Add 1 tsp white cumin and 8 finely chopped almonds.
  3. Now heat 1 cup oil and add 3 finely chopped onions and golden brown them and spread them on the issue so that it becomes crisp.
  4. After taking out the onions, add ½ kg mutton chops, 1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt as required and dry out the water.
  5. Cook it for a while and add 1 tbsp crushed red chilies.
  6. Add 2 tbsp crushed coriander, 1 tsp crushed all spices and crushed onions.
  7. Now cook it and add 2 cup hot water.
  8. When oil starts coming up, add crushed masala and put it on simmer for 10 minutes.
  9. Delicious chops qorma is ready.
