Chapli Kabab Recipe By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Minced Meat (ground) 750 gms
  • Tomatoes (sliced) 1-2
  • Onions (finely chopped) 1-2
  • Green Chilies (finely chopped) 4-6
  • Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
  • Garlic Paste 3 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped) 3 tbsp
  • Eggs (whipped) 1-2
  • Oil (for frying) 3 cups
  • Shan Chapli Kabab Masala 1 packet

Method:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients except oil and knead well .
  2. Set aside and marinate for 30 minutes
  3. Make thin flat kabb/patties with wet hands and paste a slice of tomato on one side.
  4. Shallow fry until crisp brown on both sides.
