Ingredients:
- Minced Meat (ground) 750 gms
- Tomatoes (sliced) 1-2
- Onions (finely chopped) 1-2
- Green Chilies (finely chopped) 4-6
- Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
- Garlic Paste 3 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves (chopped) 3 tbsp
- Eggs (whipped) 1-2
- Oil (for frying) 3 cups
- Shan Chapli Kabab Masala 1 packet
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients except oil and knead well .
- Set aside and marinate for 30 minutes
- Make thin flat kabb/patties with wet hands and paste a slice of tomato on one side.
- Shallow fry until crisp brown on both sides.
