Chargha – Lively Weekends

Ingredients:

  • Whole Chicken 1
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1cup
  • Vineger ¼ cup
  • Garam Masala 1tbsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Lemon 2
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. Apply Vinegar on Chicken Marinate it till 30 Minutes
  2. Mix all other ingredients to make a paste & Pour it onto Chicken & Marinate it at least for 2 or 3 Hours or Over Night for Better Result
  3. Then Steam it till 20 Minute & Fry it to Golden Brown Colour
  4. Serve it With Chaat Masala & Lemon Wedges
