Ingredients:
- Whole Chicken 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1cup
- Vineger ¼ cup
- Garam Masala 1tbsp
- Red Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Lemon 2
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Apply Vinegar on Chicken Marinate it till 30 Minutes
- Mix all other ingredients to make a paste & Pour it onto Chicken & Marinate it at least for 2 or 3 Hours or Over Night for Better Result
- Then Steam it till 20 Minute & Fry it to Golden Brown Colour
- Serve it With Chaat Masala & Lemon Wedges
