Chat Pati Rice
Ingredients
Fresh Mint Leaves 
1/2 cup
Fresh Coriander Leaves 
1 cup
Green Chilies 
3
Ginger 
1/2 inch piece
Salt 
to taste
Lemon juice 
2 teaspoons
Rice Soaked
1 1/2 cup
Oil 
1 tablespoon
Onion Chopped ¼ cup
Bay Leaves 
1-2
Cinnamon 
1 inch stick
Cloves

Method
Roughly chop mint and coriander leaves, ginger and green chilies and put them in a blender.
Add salt and lemon juice and grind to a fine chutney adding little water.
Boil rice and keep it separate. Sauté onion, bay leaves, cinnamon and clove until onion get soft
Add boiled rice and green chutney and toss twice.
Let cover it cook for about 2 minutes and Serve hot.
