Chatkhara Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Dried apricot                      125 gram
  • Plum                                      125 gram
  • Whole red chilies             6
  • Curry leaves                       4
  • Salt                                         ½ tsp
  • Cumin                                   1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili              ½ tsp
  • Vinegar                                                2 tbsp
  • Garlic                                     1 tbsp
  • Oil                                           2 tbsp
  • Water                                   2 cups

Method:

  1. Soak apricot and plum in 2 cups water for overnight.
  2. Now remove apricot seeds.
  3. Now heat oil and fry garlic, curry leaves and whole red chili in it.
  4. Then add plum, apricot, crushed red chili, salt, vinegar and cumin and cook on medium flame.
  5. When they get tender then mix them well.
  6. Now heat oil and fry chicken samosa then serve with chatkhara chatney .
