Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg 16 pcs par boiled
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs 1½ cup mixed with 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp heaved
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Gram flour 5 tbsp heaved
Method:
- Par boiled chicken in 1 cup of water till dry.
- Mix all above together in to a paste of coating consistency.
- Marinate chicken in this for 30 mins.
- Coat in bread crumbs and sesame seeds mixture and deep fry.
- Serve with imli chutney on a bed of salad leaves.
