Chatpata Kala Chana Chaat

Ingredients:

  • Black chickpeas                 (soaked)                              2 cup
  • Baking soda                                                        1 tsp
  • Lemon juice                                                       2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped                                                 2 medium
  • Fresh coriander                                                4 tbsp
  • Chaat masala                                                     2 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste                                                 6 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds                                                      1 tbsp
  • Coriander                                                            1 tbsp
  • Sugar                                                                     1 tbsp
  • Salt                                                                         1 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak Black chickpeas in baking soda water for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Then wash and boil the chickpeas  and set aside .
  3. Then in a bowl tamarind paste ,coriander ,sugar ,cumin seeds and salt add and mix well.
  4. After this chickpeas mix then sprinkling chaat masala add lemon juice.
  5. Add fresh coriander and chopped onion then serve it .
