Ingredients:
- Black chickpeas (soaked) 2 cup
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Onion chopped 2 medium
- Fresh coriander 4 tbsp
- Chaat masala 2 tbsp
- Tamarind paste 6 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Coriander 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- Soak Black chickpeas in baking soda water for 3 to 4 hours.
- Then wash and boil the chickpeas and set aside .
- Then in a bowl tamarind paste ,coriander ,sugar ,cumin seeds and salt add and mix well.
- After this chickpeas mix then sprinkling chaat masala add lemon juice.
- Add fresh coriander and chopped onion then serve it .
