Ingredients:
- Mangoes (Hard) ½ kg
- Sugar 1 cup
- Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
- Vinegar ½ cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take ½ mangoes, finely chopped slices.
- Now add 1 cup of sugar add to taste salt mix it well leave it for ½ an hour.
- Now take a cooking pan add water and mangoes cook until its boiling.
- When its boiling add ½ cup of vinegar, salt , 1 tsp of crushed red chili
- Add sugar mix it well cook and continuously stirring
- When the mixture is smooth and take it out
- let it cool down and add it into the jar and set aside.
