Ingredients:
- For Dosa
- Rice 2 cup
- White Split Bengal 1 cup
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- For Roll Filling
- Boneless Chicken 200 grams
- Garlic Paste 1tsp
- Crushed Red Chili 1 tbsp
- Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Crushed Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Fresh Coriander ½ bunch
- Finely Chopped Green Chilies 4-5
- Grated Mozzarella Cheese ½ cup
- Oil 4-5
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take 1 cup of white split gram Bengal and 2 cups of rice soak over night.
- Next morning make a thick paste add 1 tsp cumin seeds and a pinch of salt.
- Take a cooking pan add 4-5 tbsp of oil add 1 tsp of garlic paste add 200 grams of boneless chicken roast it.
- Add ½ tsp crushed cumin seeds, 1tbsp of crushed red chili flakes , ½ tsp of turmeric powder.
- Add a pinch of salt and add ½ tsp of crushed black pepper.
- Add ½ bunch of coriander and 4-5 finely chopped green chilies when its cook remove from heat and let it cool down.
- Now take the tawa pan grease with some oil and spread the paste like roti.
- When its cook from one side add filling and grated mozzarella cheese and cook from both of sides.
- Make the roll and cook from both of the sides and repeat the process as above and serve it with chutney.
