Cheese Dosa Roll

Ingredients:

  • For Dosa
  • Rice                                        2 cup
  • White Split Bengal                     1 cup
  • Cumin Seeds                                1 tsp
  • Oil                                          for frying
  • Salt                                         to taste
  • For Roll Filling
  • Boneless Chicken                        200 grams
  • Garlic Paste                                   1tsp
  • Crushed Red Chili             1 tbsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper                         ½ tsp
  • Crushed Cumin Seeds                         ½ tsp
  • Turmeric Powder                        ½ tsp
  • Fresh Coriander                          ½ bunch
  • Finely Chopped Green Chilies                   4-5
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese               ½ cup
  • Oil                                          4-5
  • Salt                                         to taste

Method:

  1. Take 1 cup of white split gram Bengal and 2 cups of rice soak over night.
  2. Next morning make a thick paste add 1 tsp cumin seeds and a pinch of salt.
  3. Take a cooking pan add 4-5 tbsp of oil add 1 tsp of garlic paste add 200 grams of boneless chicken roast it.
  4. Add ½ tsp crushed cumin seeds, 1tbsp of crushed red chili flakes , ½ tsp of turmeric powder.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and add ½ tsp of crushed black pepper.
  6.  Add ½ bunch of coriander and 4-5 finely chopped green chilies when its cook remove from heat and let it cool down.
  7. Now take the tawa pan grease with some oil and spread the paste like roti.
  8. When its cook from one side add filling and grated mozzarella cheese and cook from both of sides.
  9. Make the roll and cook from both of the sides and repeat the process as above and serve it with chutney.
