Ingredients:
- Potatoes (boiled & mashed) half kg
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Oil for deep frying
- Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Gram Flour half cup
- Bread Crumbs 2 cups
Method:
- Mash the potatoes add the salt , chili powder and juice, mix together.
- Take mash potato mixture in your hand add a tsp of grated cheese.
- Shape the potatoes around the cheese to seal completely.
- Keep aside on a tray.
- Refrigerate the balls for 2 hours.
- Roll each ball first in gram flour then in egg, finally in bread crumbs, deep fry until golden.
