Ingredients:
- Cottage Cheese 1 packet
- Chickpea Flour 1 cup
- Egg 1
- Chicken Cube 1
- Red Pepper (julienned) 4
- Green Chilies (crushed) 6
- Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
- Soda Bi Carbonate a pinch
- Yogurt 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix together 1 cup chickpea flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp yogurt, a pinch of soda bi carb, 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves, 6 finely crushed green chilies, 1 chicken cube and salt. Add in luke warm water and mix well.
- Now add 1 packet grated cottage cheese.
- Heat oil in a wok and make pakoras from the ready mixture.
- When the pakoras turn golden brown, remove them on a tissue paper so that it absorbs the excess oil.
