For pizza dough:
For white flour | 250 gm |
Yeast | 1 tbsp |
Sugar | 1 tsp |
Egg | 1 |
Baking powder | 1 tsp |
Milk | ½ cup |
Salt | 1 pinch |
Luke warm water | as required |
Pizza topping:
Boiled shredded chicken | 300 gm |
Chopped capsicum | 1 |
Chopped tomato | 1 |
Pizza sauce | 1 cup |
Grated mozzarella cheese | 200 gm |
Olives | ½ cup |
Oregano | ½ tsp |
Butter |
3 to 4 tbsp |
Method:
For dough:
In lukewarm water add 1 tbsp yeast with 1 tsp sugar to mix and leave for 15 minutes to rise. Then in a bowl add 250 gm white flour, 1 pinch salt, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking powder and yeast to mix and knead with ½ cup milk and leave it for 3 to 4 hours on a warm place and fold it with the help of hand. For topping: first grease the muffin tray with 2 to 3 tbsp butter. Roll the dough and cut it and set on muffin tray. Now place any weighted object and bake it in oven for 4 to 5 minutes on 200 c. in a mixing bowl add 1 cup pizza sauce, 300 gm boiled chicken, 1 chopped capsicum, 1 chopped tomato, 200 gm grated mozzarella cheese and ½ cup olives to mix and fill the muffin tray with the mixture and bake it again on 200c for 4 to 5 minutes and serve hot.
