Ingredients:
- Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
- Mince ½ kg
- Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
- Green Coriander ½ bunch
- Salt ½ tsp
- Bread Slices (soaked) 2
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Green Chilies 2 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Cheese Slices ½ tsp
- Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp
- Foil as required
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Eggs 2
Method:
- First in a bowl add ½ kg mince, 1 tsp ginger garlic, ½ bunch green coriander
- Add½ tsp salt,2 soaked bread slices, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp green chilies, 1 tsp cumin
- Add 2 eggs, ½ tsp Chinese salt and 1 tsp crushed red chilies and mix it properly with your hands.
- Now make two portions and make rolls and cut it in triangular shape.
- Cut the foil paper in the same shape.
- Then put the kabab on it.
- Then put 4 tbsp butter and 1 cup cheddar cheese and bake it on 200c. Cheese triangles are ready.
