Ingredients
K&N’s Seekh Kabab – 12 kababs
Oil – 2 tbsp
Carrot – 1 cup; julienned
Cabbage – 1 cup; julienned
Bell pepper – 1 cup; julienned
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Roll sheets – 12
Mozzarella cheese strips – 12
Slurry- as required; (mix ½ cup all-purpose flour with 4 tbsp water)
Method
Heat K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per instructions on pack.
In a pan, heat oil, add carrot, cabbage, bell pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper powder, salt and cook for another minute. Your vegetable filling is ready.
Slit K&N’s Seekh Kabab vertically from the center and place one cheese strip in it.
Add a layer of vegetable filling on a roll sheet.
Place prepared cheese stuffed K&N’s Seekh Kabab and wrap into a roll. Bind the roll sheet with slurry.
Deep fry prepared spring rolls over medium flame until golden brown.
Cheesy Seekh Kabab Spring Rolls are ready. Serve with ketchup and enjoy.
