Ingredients:
- For marination:
- Boneless chicken 300 gram
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- All spice powder ¼ tsp
- Yellow color 1 pinch
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Oil for frying
- For batter:
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Rice flour ½ cup
- Soda 1/8 tsp
- Salt ¾ tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- For baghar:
- Green chilies (cut in length) 6-8
- Curry leaves 8-10
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with all marination ingredients and leave for 2-3 hours.
- Now mix all ingredients of batter and add marinated chicken in it then fry on low flame.
- Then heat 2 tbap oil and fry curry leaves in it.
- Also fry green chilies.
- Now add yogurt and lemon juice and cook well.
- Then add fry pakora mix and serve.
