Chicken Achari

Ingredients:

  • Chicken                                 500 grams
  • Small sized onion                1
  • Garlic                                      2tsp
  • Ginger                                    1tbsp
  • Tomatoes                               4-5
  • Green chilies                                    6-8
  • Murree brewery vinegar      2tbsp
  • Ginger Julian                                    1tbsp
  • Oil                                           ½ cup

 

Method:

  1.  Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger and garlic.
  2.  Then add chicken and allow to more fry until chicken turns golden.
  3.   Now add onion, tomatoes and nice masala achar gosht, allow cooking.
  4. Add 1 tbsp vinegar in 2tbsp nice achar goht masala and mix it.
  5. Then fill the vinegar mixture in green chilies.
  6. When chicken is tenderized and oil is on top surface then add ginger Julian and green chilies in chicken and allow to keep on simmer.
