Chicken and Badaam Kay Samosay By Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Samosa wrap 12
  • Boneless chicken boti 8
  • Cottage cheese 1 packet
  • crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • chopped green chilies 3
  • chopped almonds 10-12
  • lemons 2
  • salt to taste
  • chopped mint leaves ½ bunch
  • chopped cumin 1 tsp
  • egg whites 2
  • oil to fry

 

Method:

  1. Grate 1 packet of cottage cheese, add in 10-12 chopped almonds, 3 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, salt and 8 boneless chicken pieces and chopped mint leaves.
  2. Fill in the mixture in the samosa wraps and close the. Seal them with egg white.
  3. Deep fry them in hot oil till they are golden brown.
  4. Serve hot.
