Ingredients:
- Samosa wrap 12
- Boneless chicken boti 8
- Cottage cheese 1 packet
- crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- chopped green chilies 3
- chopped almonds 10-12
- lemons 2
- salt to taste
- chopped mint leaves ½ bunch
- chopped cumin 1 tsp
- egg whites 2
- oil to fry
Method:
- Grate 1 packet of cottage cheese, add in 10-12 chopped almonds, 3 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, salt and 8 boneless chicken pieces and chopped mint leaves.
- Fill in the mixture in the samosa wraps and close the. Seal them with egg white.
- Deep fry them in hot oil till they are golden brown.
- Serve hot.
