Ingredients:
- Chicken 1-1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Onions (finely chopped) 4
- Cayenne 4
- Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Screw pine water few drops
- Almonds 12
- Poppy Seeds ½ tbsp
- Green Cardamoms 6
- Caraway Seeds 1 tsp
- Clarified Butter 1 cup
Method:
- Boil Cayenne pepper with some water and vinegar.
- Now grind it with coriander and green chilies.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry onions, add cayenne paste with chicken, ginger garlic and water.
- Cook till water dries off.
- Add whole spices.
- Now add 1-1/2 cup water, cover and cook .
- When oil/clarified butter appers on top add caraway seeds, poppy seeds, ground cardamom and screw pine water.
- When oil is visible on top, remove in a platter and serve.
